At Lottawattah Chesapeakes future breeding plans will involve two young Chisholm daughters, (Lottawattah Keetoowah Girl, (Jessie) and Lottawattah Windsong's Sadie). The females used in future breeding's combines some good show lines with some field trial lines and should produce all-around puppies.

Dual/AFC Mount Joy’s Mallard. He was a large handsome dark deadgrass dog and the second dual champion in the breed. He was an extremely friendly and affectionate dog. In the field, he was fast, stylish, ran a fine “Carr” lines and was known for his outstanding triple marking ability. His field record was excellent 57 Open/Amateur pts. and 18 pt derby career. The Mount Joy dogs represented a fairly distinct difference in personality. They were softer dogs than the Tiger/Cub dogs and excellent markers-dogs very suited to amateur training. In pedigree, except for breedings from Mount Joy Fanny F in the mid-70’s, the Mount Joy pedigrees carried no Nelgard’s Baron. It is a loss to the breed that the bloodlines of Bit O’ Ginger in particular and the great brood bitch Frosty Milady “disappeared”. Dr. Miller in WI “Brosands” for many years carried on breeding heavily on the remaining Mount Joy blood. The last dog to carry a real concentration of Mount Joy background was Brosands Naskapi Nate who spent the end of his life in Canada at the Bordo’s Beartown Kennels
